The Cassette Coffee Bar

Great place located close to Siam square. Extra exquisite fancy interior resembling both a hotel lobby and a 19-century first class train cart, but painted in all pink. Staff is super friendly, always smiling and laughing and is nicely suited in shirts and suit-type vests adding to an atmosphere of a luxury hotel. Small menu with various coffee and non-coffee drink types and several dessert options. From the dessert menu I would much recommend the Young Coconut Cake. Extremely delicious, moderately sweet and super soft with layers of fresh coconut that adds some chewy sensation. Coffee is smooth and tasty, with nice (and of course pink-ish) packaging included.

The cafe has a very modern barbie vibe, with every corner worth shots for instagram or pinterest. It is sotuated just beside Chester's in Siam Square One but one might miss it, as it doesn't "appear" to be regular cafe. Coming to the taste, it's pretty good and worth each penny.

Kitschy little coffee shop. Coffee is good. They offer a choice of medium or dark roasted beans. A bit on the pricey side but the location in Siam Square justifies this. Kind of disappointed they do not serve their coffee in proper cups for dine in customers. Only cheap paper takeaway cups.

Upon entering, you're greeted with a visual feast reminiscent of the Grand Budapest, with its symmetrical layout and pink decor. The lobby-themed counter, complete with rotating doors at the entrance, adds a touch of whimsy to the experience. However, seating options are limited, primarily consisting of wall-facing single seats. Rather dark and moody on the inside as well! Young Coconut Cake (145 THB) The cake was a true highlight of my visit. It was light and soft texture, perfectly complemented by the sweetness of the coconut cream and real fresh coconut flesh shreds. It's a definite must-try! I keep thinking about it time and time again! I rate: 4.5/5 Caramel Macchiato Iced (130 THB) While the coffee had a moderate level of robustness, its caramel sweetness added a nuanced depth to the flavour profile. It made for a pleasant companion to the delightful cake indulgence. I rate: 3.5/5

Bangkok Trip Part II The younger generation will never know what a cassette is. I bet that they do not even know what a CD or vinyl for that matter. The world nowadays is all about streaming - Spotify, YouTube or maybe Joox. However there's no denial that one will be attracted by this all-pink The Cassette Coffee Bar in Siam Square, a commercial area opposite ultra popular Siam Paragon. It was not easy taking nice photo of this cafe as everyone was also seen snapping countless OOTD photos from outside to the inside of the cafe. Everything was decked in pink - from the shop facade to its revolving door and even interior including ceiling, wall, counter and even stools. Pay more attention and you might even spot their cute pink espresso machine. ◾Chocolate Pillow Cake as I wanted something sweet to complement my coffee. ◾Iced Latte soothes the body from outside heat. Almost every corner - inside & outside - is perfect for photoshoot to post in social media. They are very popular and endless customers keep coming in & out.

If you’re looking for a picture-perfect café in Bangkok, The Cassette Coffee Bar is a hidden gem worth checking out. The design is absolutely stunning — with its warm-toned paneling, curved walls, and vintage-style lighting, the entire place feels like it was made for Instagram. It’s the kind of space where you could spend hours just soaking in the ambiance or snapping aesthetic shots. I especially loved the coconut cake — super light, fluffy, and not overly sweet. Paired with a refreshing iced tea, it was the perfect treat to enjoy at the sleek black-marble counter. The only downside? Seating is limited. With the bar’s rising popularity, it can be tough to find a spot during busy times. But if you manage to grab a seat, it’s a vibe you won’t forget.
